Stupid freakin kids!  Sorry for his injuries but really not much sympathy from me.  I dated someone who let their kids ride on the street.  Drove me absolutely nuts cause I knew one day I'd be saying I told you so.  Not what you want to tell your friends when they are stupid w/ regards to what their kids can do.

I just hope the driver of the car doesn't get sued for this one!  In fact it seems that the car driver should be able to sue the kids families if anything.  For not only time and money involved but for emotional trauma.  I can't imagine how scared the driver must still feel knowing that there was a kid under their car.

I do hope that the kid recovers w/o any permanent injuries but hope they all learned something.

I don't even ride yet and I'm smart enough to not ride on the road or on the handlebars. I hope they're ok, but I also hope they learned a lesson!

very stupid thing to do.
but i do sympathize with the kids family.
we were all young and did stupid things at one time or another.
imagine if it were your kid pinned under the car.
i pray that he well be o.k.

i literally saw a 15 year old lose his life on a dirtbike not half a block from my house. the mom had just bought it for him and i saw him race down my street and blow through the stop sign and hit the side of an suv.
well the paramedics couldnt do anything for him. i'll never forget when they put that yellow blanket over his body and covered his face.

so i' am sorry that ya'll disagree but i am sympathetic. we all make mistakes.

i remember that day, you may not feel smpathetic from just reading the story, but if you know the kids personally you'd have a way different thought about it. riding on the street is stupid, bit im sure a few of us have done it, we dont expect to be riding having fun one minute but then laying on the floor with your head open the next, we cant predict this kinda stuff. i feel bad for the kid and his family, no matter how stupid he ascted.

I have to disagree about making a mistake, I think the parent's made a mistake by not properly educating the kid about running the bike on the streets.

When I got my first quad, I was severely punished just for crossing the street to get to the other sidewalk to ride it on the first day.

sorry it happened, but still no sympathy from me.
