Does anyone know about this area. It is a gated area 3 mi south of where 441 and 192 split , west of 441.  It is all privately owned and is an area that requires 4 wheel drive or ATV's.  It is supposedly 23 sq miles.

I went riding there 2 weeks ago. We had a lot of fun and are looking to buy in.If you know anyone with some lots in there let me know. The trails are some preety deep sugar sand and there are a lot of open areas of mud and water. We saw some dirtbikes out there. What else do you plan on talking back there other than a 4x4 or atv?

What can you take back there.  My friend inherited 5 acres and we do not know what to do with it.

You'll like it out there Terry. There is all type of terrain, Mainly Utes though. What you do is sell 3 deeds and keep  1 for you guys. You do need a 4x4 though. This tiime of year is really dry and in another month or so it will be really wet.

we just bought land out there. its awesome! theres every kind of terrain out there. a 4wheeler is the best thing to ues out there but dirt bikes are fun too(if you dont mind some deep sand to get to a good place to ride). you can do whatever you want. they have a place to shoot. you can hunt in huntin season. you can take anything out there. a lot of people have trailers on their property. the only "rules" are pick up ur trash and obey fire laws(right now you cant have open fires out there because it has been so dry).
