Guys recon rider is only 11 ! chill.
I think that the justice system has to do with where you live around here. If you live in miami and you write a bad check you pay a fine try doing that in escambia county,i'll do time. Its just that it must have to do with the population. Big city big crime

Problem has been, for our system, it's more like who defends you. I have seen too many innocent people in our "Justice System" get hammered, while the guilty (AKA-OJ Simpson) go free. Unfortunately, we have a "Justice System" that allows lawyers to defend scumbags. I have been on the losing end of this. so if you have mandatory sentences, I may have been unable to post, cuz some scumbag turned States Evidence against me to get free. Equal Justice under the law only applies to the weathy. Ask OJ, Robert Blake,Kobe Bryant, Ed Kennedy, or Michael Jackson, who will get off, but not the way you think....

I have no sympothy for the actions in this area. Am I Judging the offender? well if you have to say so then fine. I kown with a death penalty there is no chance he get out and I wont have to support the offender with my hard earned tax dollar. As a former Correctional Officer for Florida State Prison I make my conclusions on experience. Inmates have it to easy. We pay for it

The problem is our system full of HIPICRITICAL DO GOODERS. Some of them get a second and third chance. Its an easy solution. Let them decided their own fate.
Wooden shack in the woods, nail their pecker to a board, hand them a knife and set the shack on fire. WITH THEM IN IT!
Dont give them much choices like they did not give those kids.

for both I think a death sentence ought to be served out imediately..
Guilty for murder? "sir, please stand over this door in the floor"..judge pulls out a gun and pulls the trigger....tax dollars spent? the cost of a bullet and to pay the janitor for cleanup..
for the kid sex offenders, lop off the arms and legs, throw em onto a beach at low tide....let em cook in the sun a while..maybe a few crabs looking for a snack..and when the tide comes in, they get washed out to to sea to become fish food.

Wow! I think we have found a few good candidates for lawmakers. They are ATV riders, plus they show no mercy on criminals=AOK in my book. Rehabilitation is prison is a joke. Once released, most criminals will go right back to their old ways.

Kidnapping can include a Mother/Father/Sibling taking a child away for safety reasons, so that depends on the case. As for Child Sex Offenders there isn't anything too harse for these sick bast*rds!
