I want to post 2 photos but they are .bmp files. How can I convert them to .jpeg?

In paint. Just click save, and at the bottom something should come up. Also, you may want to start using a diffrent name on your computer. On my old one I saved to many pictures, and now everytime I do they turn out to be .bmp (most pictures you save automatically save as .jpg)
