1. Anyone know where you can get a snorkle kit for an 05 Suzuki Vinson?
2. Also..anyone have a Suzuki Vinson, that they have put big foot kit on? How big could you go without a lift?

Home Depot sells snorkels, on the pvc isle, lol. No one that I am aware of sells a kit for the vinson. I have an 05 LE Vinson. I put stock size tires on stock rims, but went with a mud tire. No loss of power and great in the mud now. I did add an HMF pipe with quiet core and jet kit, made a HUGE difference in power.

Yeah , nobody makes a snorkle kit for the Vinson , we had to make our own from Home Depot....was much cheaper doing it ourselves...as far as your tire question.....I think 27 might be the limit , if you notice on the Vinson the footwell has a bar that runs very close to the tire , we went with 26 and looks like we might be able to squeak out 27's.....other than that I am sure it has to be lifted.

If its the manual Vinson it should be easy to snorkel the air box.

My buddies did the Airbox on our Vinson , but you will need...
a 1 1/2 in 45 degree pvc angle
- 3-4 feet of PVC Spa Hose
- 2 foot 1 1/2 in straight pvc
- 1 1 1/2 inch holesaw
1 90 degree pvc Angle 1 1/2 inch
- 2 90 degree 1 1/2 inch STREET angles
Take the stock snorkel off from the airbox.....insert the 45 into the airbox hole....should be a snug fit....measure where the 45 hits the plastic wall in front of gas tank....use hole saw and drill a 1 1/2 inch hole... "watch the gas tank....measure 2 times cut once. attach the spa hose to the 45 inserted into your air box run the spa hose through the hole you drilled out and keep it as close to the gas tank and away from exhaust as possible ( we used zip ties)....with the spa hose running underneath the plastic to the bike and out to the front of the bike.....look and measure where you want the spa hose to come up and through the plastic. Drill another hole using hole saw . now use the 90 degree angle you have , either attach it to the spa hose beneath the plastic or above the plastic hole you drilled. you should have the spa hose running from airbox to front of bike , you will obviously have to cut the spa hose to length. attach the straight PVC to the other end of your 90 degree already attatched to the flexible spas hose. cut the straight pvc youhave to the lenght you like....attach the 2 90 degree street angles to top of straight PVC coming out of bike so that the hole faces down. once you like the way it looks you go back and PVC glue all connections and when that dries use some form of Silicone to ensure you have a good seal. Use the silicone on the 45 goming out of the airbox...I would not glue it to the airbox as it willbe near impossible to take the cover off to change air filter.
does that make ANY SENSE?

Call Jason of Fat Rats ATV, Pt. St. John, 321-403-2650. They did my automatic Vinny. Looks real good & works good also. I had to go from the stock 28 main jet to a 35. I put on 27" Mud Bugs no clearance probs. wish I'd put on 28's as the Bugs are a little shorter than advertised.
