The state needs to make money somehow.  It's obvious that our National Debt is growing when states are raising prices on things to make up for the lack of Government funding.

I 2nd that! It really sucks having to pay money for something that it seems like we will never get. All this title money is supposed to be going towards opening new riding areas... when over the last couple years all that has happend is riding areas getting shut down or made smaller. I dont get it! And it's really frustrating! Not to mention, all the money we spend to purchase OHVs, the trailers to haul them, the trucks to pull them, the gas to run them, the hotels to stay at to ride them (Because nothing ever seems to be that local), the restraunts to eat at while we're riding, the purchasing of tents and other camping supplies, etc. Wow, we spend A LOT of money for this sport.... why is it that the government hasnt made that connection yet?
