i went to l-cross in september, was wet and we camped right next to the mud hole (bad idea due to the fact its wet and well mosquitoes), and well it rained, and rained and rained, no fire so more bugs, so we left early, but i am goin in december, and in january, then the big semi annual mudfest of off 70 in febuary (attend all these since holeylands is mostly shutdown for day riding during these periods)

Im going to mudfest in febuary.  August was great it was just way too hot and crowded.

mudding was fun, except sinking  my bike trying to be a hero, but other then that we camped right next to the mud holes and well bugs and water up the ass, i think next time we will camp next to the mx track
