I guess some sort of explanation is due, Id be selfish to soley say that his assistance with may needs were the only thing but the recognitions go farther than that some are better off unmentioned as to sensitivety and the benefits that victims of hurricane ravaged areas  have benefitted from with the restoration of communications to family memebers ETC.  Dont get me wrong I believe it takes more than one person to achieve. there is a great leader behind every task.  With that being said  Thanks
