I have been comparing the size and weight and it seems the 350 is still a good bike and I am a rookie.

well it depends how old you are? and how big are you? The Raptor is not that hard of a bike to learn on, so you might out grow the 350 and wish you have bought the 660 in the first place. So my tought is the 660 just my opinion.

I am 31. I think I can get a handle on the riding quick. I drove all types of vehs in the miltary but never bikes and quads. a few of my buddies ride just thinking about buying one and liked the way the 660 looked.

Here's my story.
I started searching for a quad after not riding for over ten yrs. I rode a used Raptor and thought to myself " I don't need this kind of power" so I bought a 350 Warrior. I loved it for about 6 months and then sold it and bought a Raptor. I loved the raptors speed for about 6 months so then I decided to put a cam, piston and port the heads
.
The moral to the story is that you will always want more than what you have so just get one of the fastest quads out there and grow into it. TRUST ME ON THIS.

Just thought I would add this in, I bought a kfx400, I have
ridden the 660 raptor and a 350 warrior/raptor-huge
difference-I bought the Kaw-dependable suzuki built engine
and a happy medium to the 660-plenty of get up and go
and still hang for a few gears with the 660-350 eating a lot of
sand behind me.[smiley=BigSmile.gif]

I've got both a 350 and 660 and you can't go wrong with either one. The 660 is pretty touchy and takes some getting used to, especially if you haven't ridden a sport quad much. Once you get used to the power and wheelie tendancies it's a blast. The 350 obviously doesn't have as much power but is plenty quick on trails and is a blast to toss around. Even though I ride the 660 I still think the 350 is fun to play on and a nice ride.

Buy the 660. You won't regret it. It will also fit you better. Just don't go past 2nd gear till you get confident on it. (2nd is plenty
