Ok, so I know I backed out last weekend but I have this weekend off and I want to go riding.  Plus, I just got my new tires, rims, skids, bars, kill switch, intake and stabilizer in so its time to try it all out.  I have to run by ATP or somewhere like that this week to help me with the front sprocket.  But I will be ready either way come Saturday.

Let me know who is all going!

Shoot, can't go on the 5th...at least I don't think.  that is my dad's B-Day.  But if we are not doing anything until the afternoon, I will go.

So, basketball is more fun than riding with us???  lol    j/k

I'm hoping I'll need to break in a new piston this weekend and ONF sounds like a good place.  My quad is setup for MX and doesn't meet the sound requirements or have a spark arrestor, would this be a problem?  Fire danger should be low with the recent rain...... I could be wrong.  Again, this is hanging on the chance than my cylinder comes back from the machine shop and and can squeeze in a few hours to slap it back together.

I will definately be there...  green Ford Explorer with a TRX 450r and a KTM 125. Brand new GPS, so I won't be getting lost either.

Can anyone point to the best place to camp, etc... Never been there before and will be going "blind", so to speak.

getting lost is the best part, because then it becomes an adventure  Grin until you run out of gas......then it becomes a struggle lol.

BTW - I see Mike speaking of a new sprocket for his 450r.... Would that be a 13 teeth, front?

Was thinking of changing mine as well.

Hey guys.  9 sounds good to me!  Yeah, I put my new bars on last night, need to put the 14t sprocket on tonight, then run it a little before Saturday.

This looks like it is going to be a good little ride.  I drive a Ford F150, burgundy and tan with a white 450r.

Doesn't the 14T seem too high to any of you? I have to constantly feather the clutch in first and I hate it.

Don't know...just got the bike and it came with 13t.  But I like speed for the woods more than off the line.

Hold on to that 13T. My guess is, you'll put it back on after a ride or two.  Wink

Yea.. Guess I am just used to riding at Croom. There, it's all whoops and tight trails in the woods. If I am in 1st, I am too reved up. And in 2nd, I am not going fast enough. Maybe I will just use a 14T for BigScrub and a 13T for Croom.

9 AM? Sheesh...what about "HANGOVER RECOVERY TIME"

I'll be there around 10:30 or 11:00. I'm driving the red lamborghinni jeep with green tennis ball on the antena.

Make sure you look for me.

Anybody staying overnight? I will make a run out there in my cow Jeep to meet ya'll after I am done helping the 4-H out at Umatilla's Fall Festival. I work 7-4 Sat and Sunday in the seafood Dept. at Publix at SR 19 and 44. Oh wait, dh will have the Jeep at Jeeptoberfest in Ocala. I can take the Silverado though.

If I had a cross between a lamborghinni and a jeep, I would be out driving that... Not riding quads!

J/K - 9:00 AM is good. Just don't get smashed the night before.

Thought about camping out. But, since I am only an hour away, I will just drive out in the morning. See ya there. I might take my horse-jeep, but probably just drive the Explorer.  Rolling on the Floor Laughing

Nah, I won't be camping.  I usually don't stay that long anyway...lol  But this time will be different, I hope to stay til about 3 or 4.  But if I was to camp, I would drive about 25 mins north to my camp  Wink

Either way, can't wait to go, it has been months since I have been trail riding and the weather looks like it is going to be perfect this weekend.  High of like 79 in Ocala and no rain.  Should make for a nice comfortable ride.

See ya'll then!!!!

Hey Mike you should try to get ahold of IT200 & ride on the other side of 19 by his place because it is so much nicer than scrub. Not sure if his quad is working though.

Yeah, I mean, I could always go out to Hog Valley and show everyone the trails around there....I mean, I know those trails like the back of my hand.  But I think for this weekend, we will just go to scrub.
