05 700efi, fresh out of the box. Took it for a break in run, lots of water in the area. When I took it through the first hole, water above the front storage box but not to the breather's, engine cut off. Same happend 2 more times. Is there an moisture sensor or do the fuses inside the front storage box not like water? It sucks to push a bike this heavy out of a mud hole! Any advice???

It's probably the EFI that senses water in the carb or around there that area that kills the engine.

Dude that sounds like a pretty rough break in don’t you think? The engine has to heat up in order for the rings to seat. You dousing it in water is not helping your cause. As for the engine cutting off… it might be grounding out or something. Does the engine immediately start right up? I know hijacker has ALLOT of technical information on those Polaris’s . I don’t know how up to date they are after the hurricanes and all.
