I'm trying to post some pics but it won't let me it keeps telling me the files are to large. I croped them as much as I could but they are still to big! What can I do so I can post these pics?

dont crop go here and download
http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe
the right click over the pic and it'll save it in the same directory as the original but smaller
