What makes the 250r so expensive? How would a Blaster look running next to one? Does it have any chance at all? Even w/ mods?

Not a chance....unless it has a motor like Big daddy's with a small and highly skilled rider and the 250R has a small motor, then maybe ......but still not likely

The money you'd have to put into the Blaster you are better off buying a 250R like the one  450R_Mike is selling

250r is agrumentaly the best quad ever made. Since they no longer make them and the aftermarket is still going strong, people charge big bucks for a clean strong running R. Stock they aren't that fast. My 250 stock was faster but zukis don't have an aftermarket following like a R.

But I agree with the Mrs. unless that blaster has an Ethopian on it and has alot of mods the R is gonna win.  -Mark

A 250R is a full size quad.

Engine wise yes. 50cc's different.
Size wise yes. A blaster has a significant smaller frame.  -Mark

5k in engine mods I'll agree. But nerf bars, rims, plastcis, handle bars, etc. only get you style hp.  Wink  -Mark
