It depends what you want it for, I had the FMF SST and powercore 2 silencer and loved it, It was real good for mid to high range

I had a Toomey on mine, I was pleased with it.  I've heard the CPI's are very good, low price, but kinda hard to mount up.  A Toomey would do fine.

With such a small bore you if you want to make any power you want rpms. So a bigger expansion chamber in the exhaust would give more power in the upper rpms. I haven't seen the CPI's for the blasters but I do know the CPI's for banshee's are huge. So maybe they're big for the blaster as well.

check out the CT pro-national pipe I got one on mine with a FMF Powercore 2 silencer and I am very happy with it......
