Is it harder to get a loan from the Quad manufacturers?  I tried Suzuki and they turned me down, so I am open for other ideas on getting financed.  Thanks!

OUCH!  Maybe I will wait until we sell the house and just pay cash for them.  Probably be able to save a good chunk.

KQ, It will depend mostly on your beacon score as to what your int rate will be. American general is pretty good about working with you and they need the loans right now. End of the year and tons of reserve Shocked Also try Wells Fargo they are very forgiving when it comes to youe score.

Actually Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha and Polaris all use the same finance company but kawasaki seems more forgiving as they all use different criteria foe approval. Honda uses thier own and will finance you on thier product only. I know this becouse I have owned and made payments to all these companies. I hope this helps.

We had our quads financed through our local bank. Interest is prime+1%. I would goto your bank, its alot easier because you can actually talk to the guy/gal making the decision at most banks the vp of the branch can approve loans up to $50,000 without further approval so its up to him. It really helps if he knows a little about you.

Go online to sheffield finance, they are pretty good on the interest. I financed my new mower through them @ 6.75%, no money down. You will get an answer in about ten minutes!, One thing to keep in mind, the more your credit is pulled, the lower your score gets!
So do your home work and think it through before you keep trying a bunch of places!----- Good Luck!

I got an Arctic Cat 650 and financed it through Sheffield at 5.9% at the first of the year.
