hey guys i am new to atvflorida and quads
i ride dirt bikes but am planing on getting a sport quad .....what are yalls thoughs on the 250ex i will mostly be rideing trails but i want to be able to go to the mx tracks to so tell me what yall think of the ex250

a raptor 350 would be a better choice. a 250ex would not be good on the track but the raptor 350 will do fine on both.

Shaft driven, semi-auto and smaller. Go with a 400ex. Like ATVTRAILER said you will thank yourself. I weigh 154 and ride a 400ex with a lil go go.

the 250 is on the slow side, 300ex is ok, but overall the 400 class is the best all around class

i have a 400ex, and love it, had a 250 utility, way way 2 slow and nowhere near enough power, wish i went with the 400 to start with

It's always better to have too much power than not enough. If you get the 250ex (Unless you are 7-12 years old), then you will find yourself growing out of it and getting board FAST. You'd probably be better going with a Z400 or 400ex. Even if you dont use all the power that they have, at least you know you have it for when you start getting more comfortable with the bike. All the bikes ride double alright, but trails and stuff are A LOT harder to ride because you dont have as much control of the bike. If you want to ride double a lot, go with a utility (More comfortable and a lot easier to handle with 2 people). Hope I helped

z-400 is the way to go, i learned how to ride clutchbikes on that bike wen i was 13, im 14 now and as soon as i have the money ima buy a z for myself,get a z400 n youll luv it gaurenteed
