well i blew out my banshee a couple of months ago luckily i have a 4x4 rancher as well so i did not miss out on any riding. but i just got all my stuff together and a freind of mine is doing the porting on it so i am going to show you guys some before and after shots





[size=18][/size]Ish, here is a little update on the progress of the porting project, I have one jug about half way done with all of the rough cutting out of the way.

These 2 pictures above show the exhaust cutting, I choose to go wider instead of raised, it was widened about 4mm on each side,  this will give it great punch and bottom end.

The intake transfer windows, opened up and reshaped.

Here you can compare the amount of material that was removed from the intake, the right jug is stock with no porting.

Ish- looks good. He really opened up those ports. You're gonna gain alot of top end power. I can't see from the pics but is the intake walls rough. I'm sure he knows to keep them a little rough to ensure that the air and fuel stays suspended in the air and doesn't cling to the walls. Doing anything to the exhaust port?  -Mark

yeah the exhaust ports are being widened to keep the punch and bottom end up as well.

What pipes do you have? Toomey t-5's are a good all around pipe. My buddy's shee has the CPI inframe drag pipes and it screams on the top end but it has no bottom end. He has a boost bottle but I rode it before and after and didn't feel any bottom end. What else you doing to it?  -Mark

i have t-5's on it a duncan powerhead, and the pistons are 66.25mm(.090 over), and k&n filter.
