First off, I am looking at the BRP 800. Looks like a good machine, has a good warranty. I have heard that they take care of their customers. A little more $$ than the KQ.
KQ, nice machine, good reviews, good price.
I'm pretty torn between the two of them. HELP!

Wow man that is a good question! I have a King Quad and love it!!! how much power do you really need? The King is a great machine and for the $$$ it will be hard to beat. It all comes down to comfort, I love the narrow seat and tank on the King Quad it reminds me of my dirt bike days Good luck with your desission!

I have a DVD from the BRP website that has put together a ATV challenge for all of the popular brands. I like some of the key features of the BRP like the suspenion and Rotax Engine. no real wild about the professed 4X4 system though, I like being able to lock them in and let them Dig

Have you had to have any warranty work completed on them? Their warranty seem very good, that is what has me very interested. I was just wonding if they had any "fine print" when it comes down to getting something fixed. I'm looking at the Outlander 800. I like the looks/styling of it. I just hope it preforms as good as it looks.

I didn't have any problems during the warranty period. I have had to replace the battery in both since.

In terms of engine comparison? Have you seen the two in a head to head competition? I'm sure it will, KQ is 695cc, the BRP is 800cc. What I want is a quality machine that the manufacturer stands by. I have heard a few horror stories about folks bringing their KQ in for warranty work and then getting the shaft. I don't mind paying the money for the machine, but the maker better stand behind their product. Arctic Cat is another that has a decent warranty. I know nothing about them at all, other than seeing them in a showroom. And to be quite honest, they just have a cheap look to me. I guess the saga continues....I have plenty of time before we buy. I just want to make the right decision.

I didnt care for the KQ's having a tranny problem in 05. I would go for an 06 if you get one. I havent herd anything bad about Bombs but havent looked into them. Arctic cats look cheap? I love mine, and no problems yet!And think it looks pretty good Also athe 06 LE,s rims are sweet! [attachment deleted by admin]
