Yeah, thats what the teacher says. And so far I'm agreeing with him. The class isnt hard, just as long as you remember all the laws and stuff and as long as you keep "For the safety of the customer" in your head, you can basically just guess the answers, lmao. The only hard part is going to be starting. But Century 21 hires part time, so I will be able to keep my current job until I get my feet on the ground.

I took the test back in 87 only missed one question. Its easy as long as you paid attention  in class. Good luck. BTW asphalt glad you enjoyed my house. lol

I know the house very well since I built it I brought the house to framing and had to move on Its one of a kind, nothing like 2600sqft bedroom
