OK Yall Moose says we are a go on Japser so I am going to head there this Saturday. Who's in for it? If I can get new tires on the trailer I will bring the whole family if not then I will be flying solo either way I will be there. Just going to do a scout ride and find out just how far we can go. We'll set up a big group ride at a later date.

NO biggie I know the Eureka ride is this weekend as well as the Seminole ride so I don't expect a lot of action but I got to drop everything when it comes to going to Jasper. There will be PLENTY of other rides there for everyone to come I am sure.

Would be great to come Steve, but like you said, we will be at Seminole.  Let us know how it looks and get soem pictures for a group ride later on this year.  Be careful, you are not allowed to break anything else on your bike. j/k  Wink

What time do you plan on being there? I have to work for awhile in the morning but might try to make it latter on in the day. Where do you park at? I know it is north of I10 on I75 but could you give me good directions as to where to park?

Thanks for the help,

I am going to get there early in the mornign around 0800 or so but we will be there all day and it's not hard to find people since you can only go north or south later in the day we will be south of the entrance. I will post good directions tonight after I get home and can dig them up.

OK directions to Jasper are from I10 go North on I75 to exit 460 take a right go about 4 miles till this road dead ends into Hwy 41 go right again the overpass is directly ahead of you just before the overpass you can get off the roadway on the right and there are a couple trails and spots under the overpass and on the other side of the powerlines that run along there to park. Just remember do not park on the right of way or you will get a ticket, there were signs out there that said no parking on right of way so long as you are behind them your OK. There is also a trail that leads down the powerlines from 6 just before the intersection that you can go down and park that takes you down by the overpass.

BTW Got my tires at Wal-Mart tonight so I will have 3 riders with me.  Grin

You won't need paddles but they would help. Load the quad and come on. There will probably be someone out there Sunday also. Maybe even me. I will be in a 1988 black chevy 4wd with a polaris 4wd and a older 125 honda.

Yea just what they said! You don't need paddles but they do help a lot on a Sport quad. Also this is not a place to leave your helmet behind..there are some pretty nasty hill climbs and such so just be careful out there. I'll be in a White GMC Sierra and on a Black 400ex if you see us stop by and introduce yourself

I would be very interested in going.  Anywhere close to home is great by me.  Please count me and my crew in when you get another group ride and we will be there.  I am going to Eureka Dam this weekend for the other group ride.  Have a great time and be safe.

My son and I are going to try and make it out there. If I can make it I hope to be there sometime around 12:00 (1200). Will be looking out for you guys if we do make it out. We will most likely be in a '05 F150 4X4 Black, will have a Warrior and a Blaster, will just have to see how it goes at work Sat morning.

I'm not sure if i will be there Sunday or not. Depends on how I feel after a day of riding Saturday. Plus if I decide to camp Saturday night or not.

Kat- No worries there will be plenty more chances to ride there. I go a coiuple times a month when it is dry. We'll probably set up a big group ride around the end of Oct or first of Nov.

Jim- Hope to see you there we'll keep our eyes open.
