«

having a problem with the fronts . can't get the inner bead to seat completely . tire says only inflate to 15 psi max when seating bead . have done that and used WD-40 to help lubricate the tire and wheel so the tire would seat . still not seating completely . ....... any suggestions .

Yeah what he said above and...
It works best if you remove the valve stem core
then have a powerful enough compressor to pump
MORE than 15 psi. I know it says not to but you
have to do a few to see it rarely works with that
little psi.
Removing the core makes sure that the air goes IN
fast and comes OUT fast as well.
Good Luck,
Dano

When I say more than 15psi I mean like
25 to 30psi
. Did you try
that. Thats how much it took to seat my front hipers before I started
doing it the way I descibed above.
Again, Good Luck and becareful too,
Dano

He said he is having problem with the "fronts", which would be 10-inch wheels.

Yes it is.
But he has a specific problem he's dealing with, not just a problem
in general with hiper wheels. So going to the website and checking
out problems for 9-inch wheels is a waste of his time.
I didn't mean to come off wrong. Sorry if you took it that way.

hey thanks for the responses . tires mount easy . i just couldnt get the fronts to seat all the way on the inner ring . used wd40 a little better than before . will try using 25psi to 30 psi . to complete the seat . i have got a few hours on them like they are know without problems . but i'd feel better if they were totally seated . trust me they aint going no where, tire just isn't as wide as it could be . but then again i'm pretty nit picky.
