Just got a call from SwampDonkey, he and his wife are at All Children’s with their infant son. He went into a seizure yesterday and has had several since. He has been a healthy baby till this and they have no idea what is wrong. They are running test ie; CAT scan and spinal tap. I will post any news as soon as they call. Please keep their family in your prayers.

I can empathize. My daughter had several febrile seizures when she was 2. She went through all the same tests several times only to find they could find nothing. She's a picture of perfect health now. Hopefully it will be a similar situation and the child will have a full recovery with no negative effects. I pray for the family and baby. God Bless.

My daughter had what we thought was her first seizure back when she was 6. Turned out she had a few before that. Luckly she came out of it taking meds for a few years, now nothing for a long time. Said a prayor before writing this, thinking of you guys.

Our thought go out to you as well........and also know where you are coming from, dirtygrl80 also suffered from this as a child and meds have kept her seizure free...and you have the best medical staff at your beck and call at All Childrens........and the wonderful Ronald McDonald House!!
