Using tripod to design a web page

Hey
I am using tripod to design a web page. I cant get the picture to upload. It says I have to convert it to a jpeg but its already a jpeg. So I downloaded a program to convert it I converted it into all different formats but it didn't work. Please help

Use MS Paint to convert. If still having issues check size of pic and make sure it is not too big. Firewalls will also cause this error
