Welcome to the site, I live in Chiefland and work in High Springs. I have a group that gets together and rides every now and then. I hear that Ocean Pond in Dixie county is full and not much for atvs because of high water. There was supposed to be a group riding at Osceola Forest either today or tomorrow. I was trying todecide if I wanted to go Tomorrow or stay home and do some welding on my trailer to haul the quads on.

Ocean pond has a mudfest every year and they have monster trucks and all sorts of  crap like that. It is pretty cool to see  monster truck get stuck in the mud. thanks for the welcome. have you ever heard of a riding place called dixie in the outskirs of gainsville

There's a place near the Crystal River Nuke plant called Dixie Holland's place. I wouldn't ride there - you could get a heavily armed welcoming committee since 9/11.
