Eiger ? ? ? ? ?

Can someone tell me what the heck an Eiger is,yeah I know it's a 400 4x4 Suzuki.......I know what a Grizzly is,it's a bear,a Kodiak,a bear too.....a Foreman,yeah that's the "boss"........but an Eiger,what intarnation is it? ? ?

And while we're at it,what's a Vinson?

Suzuki is made by japanese people, and those guys are always making up new words
With no meaning.

I did a google search and for both eiger and vinson........and in both cases the common factor were mountains

Apparently it is a mountain in the Alps that many people have died trying to climb.  Looks like it is almost as fun as the bike.
