Chuck, call another dealer. Some dealers just don't understand that good customer service can bring them back for more business. Pumba purchased his polaris from Tri-County Rentals and Sales in Chiefland but they would not take care of a recall for him. He called Nature Coast in Crystal River and they took care of him just like they would have as if he purchased it there. I have not bought any thing from Tri-County since then so they lost my business and other business just because they would not do a recall.
I call Kawasaki today and they said since the release of the Recall they have not been able to keep up with the demand. the two local dealerships both got seed stock of 4 kits poer dealer, she indicated that most dealers only get 1 or 2. What can you do.....
