head east of scrub, til you see blue like shirts and stuff tied on the powerlines, turn left and just follow that trail back, if u cant find it, u could ask someone out there, almost every1 that rides out there knows where it is

That's exactly how I found it the first time. It's a couple of miles East of scrub. Like atvtrailer said look for shirts/ribbons of various colors tied to the powerlines and turn left. Then it's a little ways back (1/2 - 1 mile) and look on the right for the parking place lined with poles on the right. There's a path that leads to the water.

Coordinates are
N 29 03.627
W 81 40.207
I'm pretty sure those are right, got them off my GPS but I've always known where Blue Sink is so I never really checked to make sure it was right.

The wide trail to Blue Sink is about 1 mile down the powerlines (forest rd 573) on your right if you were heading from hwy 19 towards Big Scrub campground. Look for the powerline pole with shirts, rope, and basically some junk on it maybe roughly 15 or so feet off the ground.

Nice cold pool water and then all of the sudden it gets warm.

Anyone going to blue sink better leave a guard hiding at a distance but in sight of the quads. People have lost them there several times.

Ya, I heard about that. I take extra protection when I go. I take the key with me, put it in 5th gear, take the sparkplug out and park it where you have to pick it up and move it like near a tree. Hopefully that is enough for someone to deter them from stealing mine. -Mark

Connect a wire from the sparkplug boot that runs up just below the start button that is bare at the end. A lot of fun to watch
Better put a dummy or fouled plug in place of good one you take out. Don't want anyone dumping rocks, sand or muck into the cylinder hole.

Uh, I don't have electric start.
But not many people can kick start a 522cc high compression 2 stroke that doesn't have a compression release valve. It's kind of a built in security from the factory.

Old School, I would like to see someone very small try to kick it, shoot him right over the handle bars or hurt his ankle. I'd walk right over and laugh at him, then leave.

Moose, I'm 190 lbs and the kick starter holds me up. Before when I first got it was 511cc's and had stock compression and I tried to start it with my tennis shoes on. Since the idle jet was too small it would almost kickback everytime I'd kick it. So my I gave all I got and it kicked back and I sprained my ankle.
lol. I was this close <pinches fingers> to selling it. But did some research and a pair of combat boots and I'm good to go. Believe it or not there is a special way to kick it without it kicking back. But I don't tell anybody.
It's fun to watch. -Mark
