You have to drive in backwards and in reverse though? Huh

P.S. Found a couple more small pieces of metal in the float cover.

How hard was it to do the jet? I'm thinking of doing the jet on my Eiger.

You don't have to rejet, but if you want it to run to it's potental with the products you put on, you should.  Plus it will still run, but long term effects from running lean or rich are not good for your quad life.  Putting a main jet in is easy, HMF gives you the main jet with there pipe which they have dyno tested to be the best.

not hard at all. I took the top off the carb and then unscrewed the nuts that hold the needle valve thing in. the kit comes with a new one which is a little skinnyer. put that on and then take the bottom of the carb off and unscrew the jet. You will see it becuase it is the same size as the one you are replacing it with. my whole jet piece came out so I had to separate the two peices. the new jet is the part on the bottom. put the new one back in and put the bottom of the carb back on. started right up. I could not adjust my lean/rich adjustment becuase I could not get the copper cover over the adjustment screw off.

Wilburz, if you're real careful you can drill a small hole in the cap that covers the screw, then insert a selftapping screw just enough to grab the cap and pull it out.

Rancher you need to rejet. You have introduced more air to your motor, without additional fuel (jetting) you probably actually decreadsed your performance. It may seem faster with your new (louder) exhaust but its probably not. A sign of a lean 4 stroke is popping on deceleration.

There was already a small hole in the cap. I put a drywall screww in there and it would not grab.  Cry
