its all done except i need to install the nerfs and put on the rear caliper. im still breaking it in so theres no vids besides the sound clip ( http://www.eengoedidee.nl/parsefiles/?type=mx&filename=blastersoundclip.avi )

heres a mod list.

engine:

powerpros/ct/graydon/hetrick/phantom pipe and silencer
home port touchup
wiseco hot rod crank assy.
.60 over wiseco pro-lite, 3 sets of rings
carbon tech reeds
outerwears airbox cover
whitebrothers powerfilter
in-line fuel filter
trenga reed spacer
dynojet kit
pre-mix 32:1 with castor 927
sunstar 13t front sprocket

controls:

parts unlimited shorty clutch and brake levers
motion pro shorty brake cable
motion pro twist kit
pro racing bars
progrip grips
double wide pegs
03 seat assy.

protection:

old style dg nerfs, black web
dg polished bumper
um grab bar

suspension/ tires/ wheels:

banshee front shocks/ black shockwears
stock rear shock, no sag/ black shock sox
front holeshots on douglas .190's
rear scorpions on douglas .125's
spare rear turf tamers on stockers

misc.:

tanger orange frame, arms, swinger, carrier...
white and black plastics
black knuckles, a-arm dust caps, pegs....
other little doodads to finish the assy...

Looks so clean and fresh man, looks great.  I really like that silencer, and I love the cylinder, what did you paint it with or something?  Only thing negative is I don't know how those pegs will hold up, the rears might bend down.  Overall looks great!  Wink

yes i need to buy a 4 inch bolt for the pegs, and when i can learn to weild in school ill weld them together. i painted the cylinder with duplicolor alumiumn engine block paint.
