That's not that impressive for a DS. There is a 800 kit that takes it to 86HP with no NOS or turbo. Imagine putting the turbo and NOS on that! Or they also have the Hyabusa powered DS's that are around 130-140 HP before any performance mods.  Now that's insane.

Chuck was nice enough to post about the awesome DS and it's crazy potential.  Thanks Chuck. the DS don't get enough respect. It's hard to turn your nose to a stock bore 80 + HP quad though.

I say one of the 1300cc DS quads That is awsome power, Infact There was one that was on Ebay awhile back was actually won by a fella from my home town near Chicago, called Dixon.... Odd for a quad like that area cause there is nothing but corn fields  for miles out there. no sand to speak of.

It doesn't have to be a dune to be thrashed by a DS. Mine does fine in the Florida dirt/ mud and in the Georgia clay. 
Maybe he's putting it on a drag strip. That's the only place for a 1300cc quad in my opinion. can you imagine shooting a hill or hitting a jump after nailing the throttle on something like that? Talk about crazy.
