I can not express my delight of dealing with this company!
Scott the owner of HILIFTER is one of the best @ customer relations I have ever had the pleasure of doing buisiness with. I am sure the rest of his team are just as capable, as with all companys it starts @ the top. I will not drag out the details, but I will tell you that I bought a clutch from HILIFTER that is made by EPI. The instructions did not mention the need for two special tools, after removing the primairy and secondary clutch I found the need for these tools to finalize this project. I contacted my local suzuki shop in an effort to secure the tools needed and found the cost to be over two hundred dollars "OUCH". I sent an Email explaining my delema to HILIFTER and recieved not one but several responces back from the owner Scott, he expressed his willingness to help and do whatever he could to ensure I could finish the instalation of the clutch. Long story short this company is sending the tools needed to instal the spring in the wet clutch pack. I did not make this recomendation to them, it is thier way to solve a small issue by not only meeting the customers expectations but
exeeding them
!! My hat is off to you and your team, Thank you HIGHLIFTER!!!

Not to mention, they are testing new stuff every day with scotts own Polaris as the test bed. A six inch lift kit and NOS systems are all in the making. They are a great company and also run the largest organized ATV event in the country and possibly the world. Their website is also great.

I bought a 2" lift for my grizzly from Highlifter. I opened the package and
found that one of the attachment bolts for the rear shock was missing.
I e-mailed Highlifter and requested a bolt so as to install my kit (I hadn't received my wheels and tires yet so I could wait).
I never got a reply to my e-mail (has been about two weeks now).
I finally took one of the bolts down to a local place (Daytona Bolt and Nut). They matched up the bolt and didn't charge me at all.
Highlifter may have dropped the ball a little bit. The kit they sold me
was quality built. I don't think the rear of the lift (the part I was missing the bolt for) really made much of a difference actually, raised the shock maybe an inch (the rear part of the lift kit does not increase ground clearance...just fender clearance....which I didn't need anyhow come to find out...but would have been nice to get all the parts I paid for in the original package).
The parts I did get, arrived in a timely manner.
Thanks to Daytona Nut and Bolt for the free grade 8 bolt to complete my
kit.
Chuck
