New to the Engine 421cc Cheetah Cubs that are fully race ported, Hot Rods 4mm Stroker Crank, Ricky Stator fly wheel and 200watt stator also timing plate is at +5, NOSS Head with 17cc domes, V force 3 reeds and 36mm MIKUNI Flat Slide carbs

in your sig it says shaved 40 over, do you actually mean that they shaved 40 thousands off of the head to increase the compression of the motor? you really want to have some seat of the pants horsepower added on, have the jugs ported by a reputable builder. a big bore kit does not increase that much hp on a 2 stroke, it is the port timing, and port work that gives you the big gains in the hp #'s...if you need some help pm me, and I can get you in touch with some reputable builders. bike looks good though...

also if ya want to really make some more power get away from toomeys and go with shear big bore pipes will give you probably 8-10 more real hp. Toomeys are great pipes don't get me wrong, I ran them myself but don't compare to the new pipes out. You will not believe the difference!
