My wife has slammed me a couple of times so I made her a bumper and a one off smash plate.

I had to salvage a piece of diamond plate alluminum from my buddies truck bedliner that was bent up. Make a tempplate out of card board to get the dimension. It took alot of patience, I had to walk away from it a few times cause it's hard to get it to fit just right.
Number one rule for makin this stuff is MEASURE TWICE CUT ONCE.
The bumper I made of a 4" pipe with threaded ends.

Well I painted it, added a screw together coupler so I can put a shorter snorkel on it for the trails in Ocala, and a diamond plate brace to keep it in place. I still have to paint and attach the brace.

I got bored and noticed my tires needed a little color. What do ya think?
Other people could post pics of new mods here, I'm always interested in seeing something innovative.
