When can you run on the track is what im guessing.. Perhaps when is practice? (I speak teen...& and adult)

practice is on wed. from 6:30 to 10:00 and sunday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. racing is on saterday night gates open at 4:00 practice at 5:00 and races at 7:30. i will be there wed. if any one wants to join me.
