Just wanted to let everyone know that we have set a ***NEW DATE*** for the 43rd Annual Pumpkin Run.
The new date is; Saturday October 19th.
There are several reasons why we have changed the date.
First,.... we are tired of having to compete with "other" parks and ride areas that have jumped on the Halloween themed annual ride that Apollo Motorcycle club started 42 years ago.
Second,..... we have scheduled a Hare Scramble on the property in December and need the extra time to get the property ready.
Third,..... Halloween parties are typically held the weekend before and we want to allow everyone to the opportunity to enjoy the holiday.

What time will the gates open on Sat AM. My son wants to bring a friend with him is there a way to get a minor release form from his parents prior to coming???

We are trying to get the Minor Liability Waiver on our website now.
That way, you can print it and have it ready at the front gate.
Adults will still have to sign a waiver at the gate to get a wristband.
We are going to give folks the opportunity to come in Friday evening/night to set up camp for the weekend.
.............There are NO trails open Friday night...........
You will be able to slowly ride down to the mud pit area and play, or to the showers/port-a-johns/vendors….etc, but there will not be any trail rides Friday night.

This just in......
The Apollo Motorcycle Club has invested a lot of money on a Structurally Engineered two lane road leading to our main camping pasture.
There will be a strict 5 mph speed limit on this "VEHICLE ONLY" road. (Event Staff and Emergency Vehicles excluded)
There will be NO camping in the first small pasture.
That is all........
