Why are ATV's prohibited in J.W. Corbett How fair is it that you can take a huge swamp buggy out there and tear up everything and you can't ride an atv ?

At Home Depot, I was backing my F250 out of a parking space when a Toyota Rav4. Not a scratch on my bumper! The Rav4 woman called her husband to the scene and when he falsely thought my insurance company was going to fix his wife's car, he happily-agreed not to wait for cops. But, before he left, he said, "can you do me a favor, can you buy a smaller vehicle"?
