They have had a problem with spamers & hackers!!  Use the "contact us" & tell them you want to become a member then enter your user name, password you want to use & your real name, address, contact info & e-mail address. Once they have checked you out they will e-mail you when & if they have created your membership!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope this helps.

You get a redirect on the link i gave you?  That's odd works fine for me..  Try right clicking on the link and either choose open in new tab or open in new window and see if it works for you...
