Anyone know of a fulltrack for sale? Or a fixer upper/project

Something I always thought about was picking up a Snowcat, putting a roof mounted air conditioner on it, and using it in the Everglades.  If the ground pressure is low enough for snow, it's got to be good enough for sawgrass and muck.  I see Snowcats all the time on the auction sites for just a few thousand dollars.  Obviously, with the typical Ford straight six you find in them you're not going to go 60 mph but you will go in comfort!
