Is there a lot of hours on the motor? Maybe the compression is low.

It seems that most of the smaller Kid's Quads Suck We have Had a KFX 50,KFX 80,Polaris Predator 90 all had running issues,The KFX 80 was the Best of the bunch & The Predator 90 was by far the worst,All are gone now Replaced by A Honda Recon 250 ES that has been trouble Free.
