When you are driving and have a double lane right turn and both lanes have red arrow lights can the inside lane turn after a complete stop.  I think the only time you can is when the inside lane has just a red light not a red arrow? Of course I know usually it is marked all over the place what you can do but for the sake of argument let say there is no sign anywhere that say if you can or not.  I know, I know, it dumb but I was just thinking about it LOL

THIS IS NOT A STUPID QUESTION, BECAUSE MOST ALL WILL GET IT WRONG.
SIGNALS, SIGNS AND ROAD STRIPING HAVE BECOME STANDARD FOR THE USA. WITH THAT SAID IN FLORIDA THE LIGHT YOU GET AT(ROUND OR ARROW) THE INTERSECTION DEPENDS ON THE DIRECTION OF TRAVEL THROUGH THE LIGHT. EXAMPLE: AT A STOP LIGHT YOU HAVE 3 LANES LEFT TURN, STRAIGHT ACROSS & RIGHT TURN YOU WILL HAVE 3 LIGHTS LEFT ARROW, ROUND AND RIGHT ARROW, THAT TELLS YOU THE LANE YOUR IN THE MOVEMENT YOU CAN MAKE. AN ARROW MEANS YOU HAVE TO GO IN THAT DIRECTION, SO LEFT ARROW MEANS ONLY LEFT TURNS, SAME WITH RIGHT ARROW. IF YOU ONLY HAVE A ROUND LIGHT YOU WILL BE ON A SINGLE LANE ROAD THAT MEANS YOU CAN TURN LEFT, RIGHT OR GO STRIGHT. HOPE THIS HELPS YOU UNDERSTAND.
HERE IS THE ANSWER TO YOU QUESTION. REMEMBER FLA TRAFFIC LAWS. YOU CAN TURN RIGHT ON RED( UNLESS SIGNED WITH EITHER TEXT OR SYMBOL SIGN FOR NO TURN ON RED) BUT YOU MUST STOP AND YIELD TO ONCOMMING TRAFFIC THEN YOU CAN GO. SO IF YOU HAVE DUEL RIGHT TURN LANES WITH RED ARROWS AND NO SIGN BOTH LANES CAN TURN RIGHT ON RED IF THE LANES ARE CLEAR AFTER YOU COME TO A COMPLETE STOP.

Thanks for the reply. I completely understand when I can turn, thanks. I wonder why they use different lights in the same right turn.  One will have a red arrow and the other will have just a red light all in the same turning lanes.
