My girlfriend and I are thinking about going to Rodman this Friday but we haven't decided yet.  It all depends on what this new storm decides to do.

I believe if we get out there early, we'll have no worries. I think Sunday will not be too pleasant, though. Undecided

Would like to do the delancy area (new trails) but if nobody can make it there we will do Big Scrub, as long as we are away from the whoops onto decent smooth trails.......and hitting a few pits............ ..etc...................lol

Does Delancy have the same kind of trails as Rodman?  If so that sounds good to me just need directions to the parking area.  Big Scrub is kind of old to me and I was very impressed with Rodmans fast trails.  I will know tonight for sure if we can go.

if the south trails are closed that area to the west of delancy is closed to riding according to the ranger and the map above,,
and we were there last weekend and the main trail out of delancy is whoop city,, and you have to go around that closed area to get to the nice trails..... and according to the ranger and that map the 88store is in a close area also..

can someone confrim that??? i like to ride to the store but last weekend that ranger said that area is one of the first to close in 79 i think....

so legally you can NOT ride to the store HuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuh?

Your best source of info would be the ranger station. I do not have that number, unfortunately. Undecided

Susie-
It was great to meet you, finally, after several "near misses"  Wink! You and Bill are real nice people. Donna is mad at me 'cause she wasn't there to meet you. I told her we could have used her to help get me unstuck!!! I guess the worst part was getting pulled out by a FORD !!!  It could have been worse- I could still be stuck. Looking forward to next time (Eureka?).

   Kurt.
Thanx we are so glad to have met you and Kristen, you are real nice folks..... and look forward to meeting Donna (have only spoken on phone). Eureka sounds good too. You will have to stay away from the sugar sand so ya don't have to get pulled out by the" FORD" again..............LOL
