For 6 years they have been blowing smoke up our a---- and all along I knew this site was DOOMED because it sits smack dab in the middle of the everglades coverup project being done by none other than the states biggest and most corrupt agency (SFWMD). I hate to say it but         THE SUCKERS (THE ATV COMMUNITY) will get the shaft again!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you take the time to read this you will see all the agencies and their reasons for opposition. This is a real indicator of more beaurocracy and nothing being accomplished. At the end of 6 years, a $75000.00 feasibility study and countless titling, registration fees charged, NOTHING!!!!!!. I hope we can as a small gruop if anything get together and do something. Even something as little as a letter to our respective state and federal representatives.

Its definetly an option to consider. Considering the fact all else has not gotten any results. Its been 6 years and nothing but plenty of citations and people being told by law enforcement you cant legally do that here.

How about someone on this site with good writing skills writes a letter and we all sign it? Or we copy and paste the letter, send it to the people in charge and we flood their email boxes?

I am tired of writing letters, tired of sending emails, tired of attending meetings, tired of the promises, tired of holding protests. The next letter that I write I want it to be with a law firm's letter head and a class action lawsuit attached to it.

I can certainly understand your frustration and only hope we can find an attorney with the cohones (balls) to support the issue.

When I feel athletic, I go to a sports bar.

I got word there was going to be a meeting in Naples, Collier County BCC on 7/28/10. The day after the regular BCC meeting about the jet port. I'll try to get more info.
