I'm assuming ORV stands for Off Road Vehicle.... but considering how messed up the introduction of this topic was... there really is no telling what it stands for, lol.

Word of Advice: When starting a new post/topic.... be sure to be descriptive enough so that people actually know what in the heck you are talking about.
