LEGAL PLACE TO RIDE......HERE IT IS.....

Ok guys, here it is.

I went riding today to Labelle.  There were about 80 bikes there.  While there, a FWC Officer  and a LSD Officer came by and he gathered everyone, and said the following:

1.  Labelle is private land, and the owners do not mind us ridding there as long as we pick up after ourselves, and pick up our trash, and trash around the area.

2.  If you go there, you must bring a garbage bag.

3.  If caught throwing trash on the ground, you will be fined and not let back in the place.

4.  DO NOT ride on the levys.  The levys are owned by the county and they are off limits.

5.  DO NOT do donuts on the side of the roads, they do not want to see patches of missing grass and dirt/sand on the side of the roads.

6.  Ride carful and be safe........

7.  Take the group you ride with, and spend 15 minutes picking up garbage near your camp area.

Myself along with a couple of other guys that were there today, will make FLYERS with the information above.  The FLYERS will also have a map of the area.  We will post the FLYERS under a sign that will be put up the next time I go out there.  In adition, we will be marking some of the trails, in order to avoid people riding in two different ways, and a possible collition.  CONTACT ME IF YOU WANT TO HELP IN THE EFFORT.

PLEASE RESPECT THIS PLACE, IS THE ONLY LEGAL PLACE WE HAVE TO RIDE IN, AND IS A DAMN GOOD ONE FOR IT OFFERS A LITTLE OF EVERYTHING.  MUD, TRAILS, DRAG RACING.

Do you have an address or directions on how to get to this place?
I am in Palm Beach & really need a place to ride cheap. Sounds like this would work.

I will be out riding this weekend at Labelle.  PM me if anyone is going out there.  I don't expect many, hence is Halloween.  If you go, take 15 minutes of your time and lend a hand...

40% Trail Ride
25% Mud Ride (Located at the top right corner of the place and few water spots)
35 % Free ride, streets, drag racing, etc.[/i]

Posting this here means that alot of those who do not have a place to ride, can now do so in a legal setting.  It also means that we educate those that ride the area. 

Eventually everyone will know that you can ride there, why not educate them?  There are thousands that already know about this place, and ride there frequently, way before this posting, so why not share it with others so they can ride as well?  It is not a problem as long as we follow the rules.

Yes, I was skeptical at first, but this may do more good than bad.


GUYS, UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE LAST PLACES WE HAVE IF NOT THE LAST LEGAL PLACE LEFT IN SOUTH FLORIDA.  I SHARE IT WITH ALL SO EVERYONE CAN HAVE A PLACE TO RIDE.  THE ONLY THING THAT IS ASKED, IS THAT WE FOLLOW THE RULES WHEN WE GO THERE.
