Hi, my dad bought a little XR50 for my brother a while back. It doesnt have the stock throttle or bars though. My questions are: Did they have a way to govern them from the factory? If so, how was that accomplished? And does anyone have the stock parts they want to sell? Thanks.

When I feel athletic, I go to a sports bar.

I not sure if the all the same but around 2000 they had a simple screw in the throttle to limit how far the grip would rotate.
I've governed a few bikes without "limit" screw by installing a small bushing in the carb to limit how far the needle would rise.
