so the buggy project is coming along pretty well. i dont have a digatal camera so i dont have any new pictures... i have all my drivelines done, suspension done, risers done, all supports for outer deck done also. i ran marine cables for the shift linkage and throttle. it running and driving now which, brings me to my next problem. the d-60's have disc brakes up front and drums out back(which need to be rebuilt if kept). i got a hold of a willwood 6 piston disc/caliper combo, and since i have a extra yoke on one of my transfer cases, i want to use that instead of the axle mounted system. part 2 of my question is that my master cylinder/booster is the stock one from a old f250. it has 2 pressure outputs now, can i just use one and put a bolt in the other one or is there some other way to make it work?
thanks in advance

You can but, not necessary. Just use the largest reservoir side of the unit. It'll work perfect.

You will bust the seal on the one side not being used, if you use both side and the pressure will be the same. Also its nice to have back up if one side fails.

Fill both of them. You're going to get bleed into both anyway. I've built several buggies over the years and used this set up on a few of them. Never had one bit of trouble with them over years of service. Question though, are you using the power booster or running full manual? If manual, I'd look into getting a Wilwood brake cylinder. Buy the smallest diameter shaft you can buy as you will not need the large shaft for your typical buggy speeds. We've installed the small shaft, single reservoir Wilwood on a HUGE buggy running 18.4 x 26's with no problems at all. Use the large shaft and the brakes will engage too quickly making for abrupt stops and spilled drinks.

In that case, use both and T into one as Bigdaddy described.

the buggy looks good I like the angle uprights....if I could give a suggestion before you get too far along. It looks like from the pics right now your deck is about 6ft tall with small tires and no lift in the springs. keep in mind Im sure you will be running bigger tires and maybe some kind of lift or blocks which will make your deck that much taller.
If I could do it over again I would make my deck a little shorter so I could run a taller tire or lift.

yea its about 6 ft tall now, but it has ten inches of blocks out back and some homemade stuff up front(like a foot long schackle and a 8 inch drop on the front) all that jazz is getting cut off this weekend abd put back to stock height.. finished height is going to be around 5-11 - 6ft with a set of 49's on it

I'm on 14th ST just a block or so east of you. lol, small world. Wish I would have seen this earlier, but only have 2x4 right now so I wouldn't have been much fun.
