Now, I'm not saying its legal to ride an enduro at Holey Land. I've never been there so I can't say. But I can't find anything that says you can't ride there.
AND, just because it's legal (possibly) doesn't mean you have to ride like a unsafe fool. Should anybody take a street legal enduro motorcycles into one of these places, do what I do. Leave your bike stock so it's nice and quiet. Nothing worse than a loud bike in a place like this. Ride slow. If you see a vehicle parked or not, go slow. There's somebody around. Don't wreck and make paramedics come save you. This might raise the debate that maybe you shouldn't be there in the first place.
A WMA is not an MX track. If you want to "tear it up" go to a track or real riding park like Croom or the Motoplex. Ride during the week when hardly anybody is there. My sole purpose is to see the scenery. When I go to Richloam I already ride on the highway at 75mph for about 40 minutes. That's all the speed I need on a 250cc bike so by the time I get there, I'm ready to chill out.
Now, having said all that, I looked up the vehicle restrictions for Holey Land. Couldn't find anything about any wheel base restrictions. Here they are:

1. Open to public access year-round.
2. Persons shall enter and exit the area from the L-5 or Miami Canal Levees only.
3. Vehicles are prohibited on all levees except the L-5 and Miami Canal Levees.
4. A general gun-vehicle permit (non-transferable) is required to operate a vehicle during the general gun-vehicle
season.
5. During the archery, muzzleloading gun and general gun-walk seasons, all-terrain vehicles are allowed but only for the purpose of hunting. All other vehicles are prohibited in the area except that vehicles are allowed to operate on the L-5 and Miami Canal Levees. All-terrain vehicle access for scouting shall also be allowed two weeks prior to the archery season and one week prior to the muzzleloading gun and general gun-walk seasons. During the remainder of the year, all-terrain vehicles are prohibited.
6. While an all-terrain vehicle is in motion, no person shall occupy any platform or structure attached to it. No all-terrain vehicle may be equipped with a steering mechanism that would enable the all-terrain vehicle to be operated from a platform or structure attached to it.
7. Parked vehicles may not obstruct a road, gate or firelane.
8. Vehicles are prohibited on tree islands, strands and wildlife islands.
9. No motor vehicle shall be operated on any part of any wildlife management area that has been designated as closed to vehicular traffic.
10. Airboats are prohibited during the archery, muzzleloading gun, general gun-walk and general gun-vehicle seasons, except airboats used for the purpose of waterfowl and coot hunting on days when waterfowl and coot hunting is allowed and airboats used by persons participating in the statewide alligator harvest program for the purpose of taking alligators.
11. No vessel shall be operated outside of Water Management District canals unless it is equipped with an orange rectangular flag at least 10 inches wide and 12 inches long and displayed at a minimum height of 10 feet above the bottom of the vessel.
12. No person shall operate any all-terrain vehicle, motorized two-wheeled vehicle or motorized three-wheeled vehicle unless it is equipped with an orange rectangular flag at least 10 inches wide and 12 inches long and displayed at a minimum height of 6 feet above the top of the seat.
