i believe in a criminal case you are innocent until proven guilty. in civil all the evidence is weighed equally. no one is presumed innocent. so ya he will probabbly lose and have to pay presuming he doesnt file bankruptcy.
on a side note, they should lock him away and throw away the key along with all the other hollywood scumbags that think they are above the law.

I'm sure those kids came up with "Jesus Juice" all on their own. I can see there not being enough evidence to get him for child molestation but come on...not guilty to giving a minor alcoholic substances...please...get him on SOMETHING!

just because im only 11, doesnt mean i dont read the newspaper & watch the news! ( which i do both!lol!) And personally i think he was guilty on all 10 charges
! And the thing with all the people cheering for him when he was charged not-guilt, really made me mad
because they would be so happy if it was there friend/family member he was doing it to!

Redrider - I don't think his sexuality is the issue or the reason he sould be in jail, it's the fact that he's a child molester.
Just goes to show that only in America can a poor little black boy that sings can be discriminated against in his youth can grow up to be a rich white woman that sings and become impervious to the law through wealth and fame.

Even if they get him in criminal court he'll just do like OJ and hide the money. OJ still lives a life of leisure and plays golf almost daily without working, yet hasn't paid any of the judgement against him for killing those two people.

Not to pick but that's the wrong attitude to have. If we all stand up and express our outrage at stuff like this maybe more will be done to prevent it or punish the guilty instead of letting them go. If we all turn our backs because it didn't happen to us the world is doomed. Apathy is not a productive philosophy.

Well You must got brainwash from media and on tv.You don't who
you can belive that telling storyies and some people make up lies
to watch these nuts we are paid our tax dollers waste our time watching them.Instead
we should make more atv parks.
but the media hads lie in past, one time i was in eye of hurrcaine andrew and my dad was working for phone company and talk to nat guards down there and they said over 250 people die in apts with flying objects in there houses.I think they were 2,500 people die in andrew and they hidden dead bodyies in school sheters and thats why they were off limits to pubic. thats why they shut down sheters them down during aftermath. And all south florida news station never told about they kept sercet for long time about hidden how many true deaths numbers .thats why i will never belive news media half time they tell you on news half time and some of fact are not true you have know which facts are true or not.
So people out there I think we should move on about Micheal Jackson.I think we leave him alone for while. Lets get on our lives and ride our atvs again and lets make some hisory happen our be in world records. We let atvs ride with freedom and pride in our hands.
thanks,

There are other countries you can go live in rather than trying to turn this great country's notion of "reasonable doubt" into something bad. In those other countries, you can go enjoy prosecuting anyone you dislike based solely ONLY upon your emotional(non-factual) notion of "reasonable guilt"! Get over it!

We as citizens not only have a right to be outraged, we have a duty. Another child molester was just turned free. This happens way too frequently in America today. We have the right to voice of disappointment about it. Don't like it ? Don't read it.

read this;
Michael Jackson's family and fans _ and at least one of the jurors who acquitted him of child molestation _ gathered Friday night for a huge party that was billed as a celebration of thanks.
The pop star himself, who has not appeared in public since his 14-week trial ended Monday, was nowhere in sight.
Among the approximately 400 people who arrived at the Chumash Indian Casino was juror Pauline Coccoz. When she walked into the casino and heard Jackson's music playing, Coccoz said, the enormity of what had transpired hit her.
"They were playing 'Beat It,' and I almost started to cry," she said as she waited to enter the showroom. She said that earlier in the day, she had received a wristband needed for admission to the party.
The crowd erupted in cheers as Jackson's mother, Katherine, arrived to the sounds of the song "I'll Be There." She came on stage at the end of the show to thank her son's fans from around the world for their support.
"We couldn't have done it without you," Katherine Jackson said as her son Tito stood next to her, his hand on her shoulder.
Others spotted arriving for the show included defense attorney Robert Sanger and Jackson's magician friend, who calls himself Majestic Magnificent.
Reporters were kept out of the showroom, and an Associated Press reporter who got inside briefly was escorted out by tribal police. Casino officials said they had orders from the Jackson family to keep all journalists out.
Tito Jackson has been performing periodically at the casino, and he had been scheduled to appear Friday night before it was decided to turn the show into what one of his band members called a celebration of thanks.
Coccoz said that when someone gave her the wristbands she decided to bring her family, partly as a public display of her confidence in the jury's verdict.
