no but its a double standard  because they can ride their's out there but we can't  b.s. i went to the counsel meeting and all but one was a blue hair na and the 1 women was a rider ya. i have been ridin there since the late 70's and never had a hassle. the problem is all of n.p is city, if they had a city limit and rural land like is out there it would be o.k  they built a skate park for boarders grindin in front of winn dixie  i even rode up and the canal that the cop shop and city halls at now  with so much land they could build a nice place if they choosed too   imo n.p used to be home of the newlywed or nearly dead . now the city of foreclosure

write up in sun paper  voted 3  2 deny atv and camping ordiance but it goes on to say that it needs to be re written and make a tract available  21 speakers  i said a harley leaving a street lite makes more noise  but they said homeowners are more happy  i have the link  http://www.sunnewspaper.net/article/11news;aspx?articleid=11973&bnpg=0     hope it works
