where is the vin number on a 400ex

i need to find the vin. on my 02 honda trx400ex

I sold mine a long time ago but I think it's on the front of the frame near the bumper.

now how can i find out who has the title the tag agency said its titled but not in my name s i need to find out whos name it is in so i can get the frikken title
